- This is a blog recording personal thoughts, feelings, and research. It seems like so much has happened in such a short time. It all began in 2004 when my belief that my country was actually the same nation that our founding fathers established was destroyed. I have had a rude awakening and this is my attempt to share some of the things that I have found and come to understand. At one time I was neither political or 'religious'. In these past 4 years I have become political and found that religion has mostly been a tool of the state in controlling the populace and keeping them docile, except when using the 'god's will' card to focus hatred on a necessary enemy. Please do not let my beliefs be a stumbling block but a stepping stone in YOUR journey.

I like your BLOG and the ideas you have expressed. Please continue it. I will make a suggestion about your format. Although white lettering on a black background is visually pleasing it is hard to read. You want to invite your readers in to savor your wise ideas not strain to see.

thank you for your input Bronwin. I visited your blog and I will also make yours one of my stops. I am beyond words for what you must be enduring. My heart and prayers go out to you and all Palestinians. This magnificent and wonderful Creator surely does not care more for my children than yours, and since mine are now safe with me I pray that yours be safe wherever they may go.
If it is possible please know that not all Americans are unaffected by the injustice that is happening to the Palestinians and Lebanese. I hope we can exchange some of our faith and wisdom because I also have a desire to understand your culture.
